HOT DANG. These two lit up in front of the camera.

...Let's rewind for a second. This styled shoot was set up by Abby Metcalf (@abbbbyroses) and Melissa Marshall (@melissamarshallx) for their workshop, Thrive Modern (now Thrive, Wildly). I had been looking for a workshop to attend for quite awhile and everything lined up for me to be able to learn from the talented teachers and attendees at Thrive. I tried to not fangirl too hard in front of Melissa and Abby... I mean, HELLO, I look up to them both so much and kind of couldn't believe I was actually looking at their real live human faces when I met them. If you follow and love them too, they're just as cool as you imagine they are.

If you're a photographer looking to learn more about the craft and find community, I highly recommend finding a workshop to attend. It was refreshing to have conversations with other boss gals and it REALLY boosted my confidence as a photographer and business owner.
