I chose Kaylie as our photographer not only because she is beyond talented and amazing at what she does but also because of who she is. She is a beautiful person inside and out. She was so much fun and easy to work with and super funny (bonus). She made both my husband and me feel so comfortable and truly captured who we were as a couple. I can't tell you how many times I emailed her with the most random wedding questions from photos to what colors I should choose, she willingly helped me with anything I needed. Every encounter we had with her was real, natural, and most importantly, it was fun. She, hands down, is the best.

Kaylie is amazing. I knew no matter where or when we got married, I wanted Kaylie to document our day. She is wildly helpful throughout the entire process – answered every single question I had, offered vendor suggestions (which we used), and perfected our timeline with us. Everything she did for us was outstanding. She is so organized and fun to be around. We felt like we were hanging out with a friend during our engagement shoot and wedding day. The number of photos she delivered to us was amazing, and we hardly waited for our galleries.

Don't skimp on a wedding photographer – invest in someone who you can trust to help with the chaos of your wedding day AND capture the best photos you've ever seen. (Seriously – she is so talented.) For us, that was Kaylie. She perfectly balances being front and center getting the job done and capturing behind the scenes moments. She makes you feel comfortable. This is a big thing, especially for someone who feels incredibly uncomfortable in front of the camera. She makes you laugh, goes with the flow (when you don't really have a plan and are flying by the seat of your pants), and somehow manages to take really beautiful photos without realizing she has a camera in your face.

I’m elated I found her for a lot of reasons, obviously her talent is on point and incredible. But I think more importantly to me, it was her personality and soul and overall being I feel luckiest about. Sure, a photographer with great talent who’s kinda a doorknob of a person is fine. But with her, I’m sincerely excited to have her as a part of our day.

My favorite part about working with Kaylie for our engagement session was how natural/normal/comfortable Eric and I were able to be around her. Eric’s a pretty private person when it comes to being photographed (I was sincerely worried about his stamina for taking photos over 10 minutes) and she kept things moving, easy and was able to facilitate 90 minutes of Eric in full participation (girl deserves cocktails on me for life).

It was obvious to us Kaylie is not in this business for the money but because she genuinely loves it and that is so blatantly clear in her work. I was so excited to work with someone so talented. She was very joyful and clearly wanted to have fun while doing her job. Her instructions were always very clear and concise. I was very impressed with how professional yet fun she was. I was shocked when I received all my pictures because she captured moments I wasn't even aware she was there for.

I would highly recommend booking Kaylie. Cheap pictures end up looking exactly that, cheap. So if you want good pictures then you need to book with a good photographer.
